Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage service and will usually ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. 

All orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note, initial shipping fees are non-refundable on a return.

Where we ship:

via USPS Ground Advantage (standard shipping):

  • 100% US coverage, including Alaska, Hawaii
  • U.S. P.O. boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO destinations
  • Puerto Rico

Shipments will be delivered by your US Postal carrier, Monday-Saturday 

  • Allow 3-7 business days for receipt within the contiguous United States
  • Allow 7-10 business days outside of the contiguous United States

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

There is a $9.99 restocking fee for all returned orders

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn. Worn shoes cannot be returned unless defective, with prior approval.* Products that you return must be in unworn/unused condition, show no visible signs of wear, and should be returned in the original packaging. Merchandise returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original shipment and place a new order for the desired product.

When making a return, Deerstags.com will:
  • Provide you a pre-paid return label for your order to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Upon receipt of your return at our distribution facility, we will issue a credit for the returned merchandise to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please note, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Log in to your account at deerstags.com and go to your order history. If you have not created an account you may be asked to create one. Please use the email you checked out with for a more seamless return.
  2. Select the order you'd like to return and click Request a Return.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.
  4. Once approved, you'll receive a pre-paid return label via email.
  5. Use the pre-paid label to send back your item(s) and allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
