It couldn't be easier to be a sharp-dressed man than with the Rockland Chelsea boots. They're so easy to pull on and take off thanks to wide flexible gore panels on either side and pull tab at the back. These simulated leather boots look and feel amazing right out of the box, especially with the cushy memory foam insole that keeps your foot cradled and supported for hours. These boots are so nice and look a lot more expensive than they are. I can’t wait to give them to my son for Christmas.

Disappointed

I have been buying Deer Stags for over 40 years and always size 9.5. I bought a pair size 9.5 in July, and they were perfect. Then in October I ordered Men's Rockland in Brown size 9.5, Order #DSC24605. They were too large. I sent Deer Stags an email telling them I wanted to exchange them for a smaller pair. NO RESPONSE! I then followed the instructions on the package and returned them. They did issue me a credit and I tried to place an order for the same shoe but for a size smaller. The price had gone up over 25%! I sent another email asking them to honor the price I initially paid. Again, NO RESPONSE. Their shoes were great, but their customer service sucks. I will never buy shoes again from Deer Stag.
