These boots are so nice and look a lot more expensive than they are. I can’t wait to give them to my son for Christmas.

I have been buying Deer Stags for over 40 years and always size 9.5. I bought a pair size 9.5 in July, and they were perfect. Then in October I ordered Men's Rockland in Brown size 9.5, Order #DSC24605. They were too large. I sent Deer Stags an email telling them I wanted to exchange them for a smaller pair. NO RESPONSE! I then followed the instructions on the package and returned them. They did issue me a credit and I tried to place an order for the same shoe but for a size smaller. The price had gone up over 25%! I sent another email asking them to honor the price I initially paid. Again, NO RESPONSE. Their shoes were great, but their customer service sucks. I will never buy shoes again from Deer Stag.
